Returns

 

To return your order, please send your item(s) back to us within 90 days of receipt. Include a note with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. We'll process your request as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours of receipt.

For returns valued over £200, please contact our customer service team at hello@pacoperfumerias.co.uk before returning the item.

 

This will ensure a smooth return process and help us prevent any potential issues with lost or misdelivered parcels. Our team will provide you with specific instructions on how to return the item and will assist you in processing your refund.

 

Please note: If an item valued over £200 is lost in transit or delivered incorrectly after you've sent it back without contacting our customer service team, we may not be able to issue a refund.

 

Once you've obtained your free returns label please ensure the item is well-packed in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Place the returns label on the outer packaging of the parcel and take the parcel to a UK Post Office and obtain proof of postage. Use the tracking number provided with the returns label to monitor the progress of your return.

 

For reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot refund or exchange cosmetics that have been opened or show signs of use, unless they are defective.

 

All fragrance must be returned in its original, unopened box and in perfect condition, unless otherwise agreed. This ensures that we can resell the fragrance and maintain our quality standards.

 

Refunds

 

Refunds are typically processed within 24 business hours of your order arriving at our facility. Please note that processing time may vary slightly, especially during peak periods.

 

Christmas Returns

 

Christmas gift purchases made between November and December can be returned until January 3rd, subject to our standard return policy. Please note that refunds may take longer to process during the holiday season due to office closures.
