At Paco Perfumerias we want you to be fully satisfied every time you buy from us, and we understand that occasionally you may wish to return an item for a refund or exchange. Please read our policies below before returning anything.

Returns

UK returns are free.

Create your free returns label

If the value of your return is over £150, please contact our customer service team before sending the parcel back to us.

To return your order once it has been received, send your item(s) back within 90 days of receipt and enclose a note with your order number.

Attach the Royal Mail returns label to the outer packaging and drop the parcel into an official UK Post Office. Please make sure you obtain proof of postage.

Any items being returned to Paco Perfumerias must be in their original packaging (that is, within the box that was delivered to you).

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 24 hours of your order arriving back at our facility.

Christmas returns policy

Any Christmas gift purchases made during November and December may be returned until 3rd January, subject to the normal terms and conditions. Please note that refunds may be delayed due to our closure between Christmas and New Year.

Returning perfume? Please make sure any perfumes or other flammable items being returned have an ID8000 sticker on the package. These stickers are available from Post Office counters.
