We accept payments from all major credit and debit cards along with PayPal and Apple Pay. Pay in 3 is available through PayPal and shortly we will be onboarding with Klarna and Clearpay.
Once your order has been packed and is ready to leave our facility you will receive a shipment email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcels journey through the Royal Mail track and trace website. Tracking will not be available until the parcel has been scanned into the mail center, this can take 6 to 12 hours to update.
You can, however, our warehouse is super efficient and items are packed extremely quickly. If there is a delay in reading your cancellation email the item could have left our facility. In this event you would simply return the item to us with one of our free return labels unopened.

In this situation it’s normally one of three things happening. Your email provider has rejected the email. Your email has gone to junk or spam so it’s worth checking there. Yes, but we recommend you do register. You will have the ability to store multiple addresses, proceed through checkout quicker and have your reward points allocated to your account after your first and subsequent purchases. Reward points cannot be added at a later date.
Simply sign up to our mailing list and offers will be sent to you as and when they are running.
We’ve gone paperless. Should you require a VAT Invoice reach out to us and we will gladly send you one.

Delivery

Items are shipped on a Tracked 24 next working day service. Although this is not a guaranteed service over 98% is delivered next day. Oh yes, and it’s free!

Please allow 3 full working days before contacting us from the moment you receive your shipping email. This will give us the best visibility on where your item will be within the Royal Mail network.

Returns

If the item is an unwanted gift or you have simply changed your mind you have 90 days to return the item(s). Include a note with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. We'll process your request as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours of receipt. Please visit our returns page for full details and a link to generate a free return label.
We expect all items to arrive in perfect condition, however if on the rare occasion you do receive an item that seems to be faulty, you can return using one of our free return labels. Contact customer support for assistance.
We process refunds within 24 hours of receiving the item back at our facility. It can take 3 to 5 working days for funds to get back to your bank card. If you used your PayPal balance it will take seconds.

Accounts & Reward Points

Visit the create account page. You can find the link at the bottom of any page under the My Account section.
First, you need to register for an account. Once you have an account reward points are earned on every purchase! Simply place an order for any product excluding Gift Cards and earn 3 reward points for every £1 you spend. Extra bonus points may be earned through promotions we are running which will be emailed to subscribers.
Exactly the same way you spend money. There will be an option at the checkout to spend your reward points.
