Fair prices on genuine products

We are supplied directly by the brand owners, so everything we sell is genuine and fairly priced. If you find the same item for less at one of the trusted UK retailers listed below, let us know and we will be happy to match it, subject to the terms below.

Price match terms

We will only price match if

  • The item is identical, in both brand and size.
  • The item is in stock in your chosen size on the competitor's website.
  • The item is brand new.
  • The lower price is publicly available and does not form part of a promotion, personal voucher or discount code.
  • The competitor is UK based.
  • The item is cheaper once postage is included.

How to request a price match

Email us at support@pacoperfumerias.co.uk with the product name and code, both found on the product page, along with a link to the website advertising the lower price. We aim to reply within 8 hours Monday to Friday.

If we agree to match a price, please place your order at the price advertised by Paco Perfumerias and we will refund the difference once your order has been dispatched. Limited to one item per customer.
