Promotional Terms & Conditions

1. General promotional terms

Every promotion is subject to availability and can be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice. Unless a promotion clearly says otherwise, offers cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used together with any other offer or code. A promotion is only valid for the period we state, and once it ends our normal pricing applies. We may refuse or cancel any order that we reasonably believe breaks these terms, including orders placed to resell our products.

2. Discount codes

Discount codes must be entered in the promo code box at checkout before you pay. They cannot be added to an order once it has been placed. Codes are case sensitive, so please enter them exactly as given.

Unless we say otherwise, only one code can be used per order, and codes cannot be combined with other offers. A code applies to the products it is meant for and does not apply to delivery charges. Codes are for personal use, and must not be copied, sold or passed on. We may cancel any order where a code has been used unfairly or against these terms.

3. Welcome offer: 10% off your first order

As a welcome, we offer 10% off your first order when you sign up to our newsletter. Once you have signed up, we email a single-use welcome code to the address you gave us.

The offer works as follows:

• The code gives 10% off the product value of your order. It does not apply to delivery charges.
• There is no minimum spend.
• There are no excluded products or brands, so it applies right across our range.
• The code can be used once, on one order.
• One welcome code is available per person and per email address.
• Your welcome code is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued, so please use it within that time. We may also change or end the welcome offer itself at any time.
• It cannot be combined with any other code or offer, as only one code can be used per order.
• The code is for personal use and cannot be shared or transferred.

We may cancel orders where we believe the offer is being misused, including where someone signs up with several email addresses to claim it more than once.

4. Free gifts with purchase

From time to time we offer a free gift when you spend a certain amount or buy selected products. The qualifying amount is worked out after any discounts and before delivery. Free gifts are subject to availability, and we may swap the advertised gift for one of the same or greater value if we run out.

Free gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged. If you return the purchase that qualified you for the gift, please return the gift too. If you keep it, we may deduct its normal retail value from your refund. Pictures of free gifts are for illustration, and the item may vary slightly in appearance or packaging.

5. Seasonal and limited-time offers

We run seasonal sales and limited-time offers through the year. Each one is valid only for the dates and times we state, in UK time, and it is up to you to place your order within that window. Where an offer applies automatically, you do not need a code. Products are subject to availability, and if something sells out during an offer we will let you know and arrange a refund or an alternative where we can.

6. Prize draws and competitions

Where we run a prize draw or competition, the specific rules, the closing date and how to enter will be given with that promotion. Unless we say otherwise, entrants must be UK residents aged 18 or over, and our team and anyone connected with running the promotion cannot take part.

Winners are chosen at random from valid entries, unless the promotion is based on skill, and we will contact winners using the details they entered with. Prizes are as described, cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable. If we cannot reach a winner within the time stated, we may offer the prize to another entrant. Any promotion that appears on a social media platform is not run, sponsored or endorsed by that platform.

7. Returns on promotional purchases

Our normal returns policy applies to anything bought in a promotion, and you can return items within 90 days as usual. If you return an item bought with a discount code, we refund what you actually paid rather than the full price. If you return part of an order that only qualified for an offer because of its total, and the remaining items no longer meet the threshold, we may adjust your refund to reflect that.

8. Fair use

Our promotions are meant for personal use. We may cancel orders, withdraw a code, or refuse an entry where we believe someone is acting unfairly, buying to resell, or trying to get around these terms, for example by signing up repeatedly under different email addresses.

9. Data protection

Any personal data we collect when you take part in a promotion is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. We use it only to run the promotion, and we do not share it with third parties except where we need to in order to run the promotion or where the law requires it.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Promotional Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes apply to promotions that start after the update. A promotion already running continues under the terms that applied when it launched. This page shows the date it was last updated.

11. Governing law

These Promotional Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
